Share diagnostics
For sync problems, open Settings → Diagnostics → Share Diagnostics. This creates a file with the app version, sync state, and recent sync events. It contains no entries, names, or account details. Review the file before choosing whether to email it to support. The separate Share crash and error reports choice in Settings → Data sharing controls automatic technical reports to Sentry.
Keep your journal private
Never send an API key. Avoid including journal content or other sensitive information unless it is needed to explain the problem.
